50+ Entrepreneurs Gather for Energy Efficiency Talks at Hettich Group
Over fifty entrepreneurs gathered at the 'Practical Talk for Clever Energy Solutions in Companies', hosted by the Hettich Group in Kirchlengern. The event, organised by the 'Company Network Climate Protection', brought together local businesses to discuss sustainability and energy efficiency.
Birgit Rehberg, head of regional development and climate protection, deemed the event a success. She praised the valuable exchange and networking among attendees. The network, active in the Herford district for several years, aims to connect companies to discuss sustainability, environmental, and climate change.
Philip Kleineberg from ProElectrify presented practical solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. These included bidirectional charging, commercial storage, and smart energy management. Daniel Menke from the Hettich Group spoke about photovoltaics, heat recovery, and a pilot project for reducing natural gas usage. Jan Hüttner, an economic developer in the Herford district, highlighted the commitment and expertise of local companies in these areas.
