The logistics industry is set for a significant expansion in Kazakhstan, with the announcement of a joint project between the Kazakhstan sovereign wealth fund, Samruk-Kazyna, and leading Turkish logistics company, S Sistem Lojistik. The project, scheduled for launch in the second half of 2026, is expected to revolutionise the logistics sector in the region.

S Sistem Lojistik, a renowned name in the logistics industry, manages a vast network of warehouses spanning over 100,000 square meters. These warehouses are strategically located in major cities across Turkey, including Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, and Antalya, as well as other undisclosed locations.

The joint project was the topic of a recent meeting between representatives of S Sistem Lojistik and Nurlan Zhakupov, the Chairman of Samruk-Kazyna. The location of the meeting was not specified, but the meeting summary was reported by Vechernyaya Astana, citing Akorda.
