our website was born in 2009 from the Nortel wireless Basestation development team, later acquired by Ericsson. Our initial focus was on 3G and 4G Basestation solutions and high-performance wireless equipment for network operators, defense applications, and specialized solutions. Today, some of our products are integral to controlling high-speed trains, providing high-bandwidth wireless connections for business jets, and supporting infrastructure for very remote deployments.
What sets our products apart is their exceptional reliability, long lifespan, top-tier performance, and the lowest Operation Cost of Ownership. To achieve these lofty standards, every product is custom-designed from day one, encompassing mechanical enclosures, digital and radio assemblies, RF filters, duplexers, power systems, and software. LoRa: The Beckoning Future
LoRa is a Physical Layer and modulation technology that boasts peak data rates of ~50 kbps and an impressive RF channel capacity, granting long-range communications between Gateway and Device or Sensors. Essentially, LoRaWAN® network solutions offer long range, low power consumption, and operation in the unlicensed (ISM) spectrum, which equates to low-cost deployments and operation.
Compared to more popular protocols like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, LoRaWAN® offers undeniable advantages in terms of extreme long-range and low power consumption. Plus, it's possible to deploy a battery-operated LoRaWAN® device and forget about it for 10 years!
Cellular Wide Area Network IoT technologies, such as NB-IoT and CAT-M1, offer similar coverage but come at a higher cost in terms of deployment, maintenance, and operation.
