Accolade Acquires 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I Warehouse for Aluprof

Accolade, a European investment group specialising in sustainable industrial infrastructure, has announced the acquisition of a build-to-suit warehouse facility from 7R. The facility, named 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I, is fully leased to Aluprof, a leading manufacturer of aluminium systems in Poland.

The global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright provided legal counsel to Accolade and Conseq in this transaction. The Warsaw-based team, led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz, advised on all aspects of the acquisition.

The building was tailored to Aluprof's functional and technological specifications, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and a modern working environment. The asset comprises over 20,000 sqm of production and office space, designed to meet Aluprof's core operational needs, including warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics.

Aluprof employs almost 3,000 people and has production facilities in Poland and abroad. Operating across over 50 markets worldwide, it is one of Europe's leading suppliers of aluminium systems for windows, doors, facades, roller shutters, and sunshades.

The Warsaw-based legal team advising Accolade on the acquisition included counsel Jan Wszołek, senior associate Jakub Kowalczyk, associate Magdalena Olechniewicz-Blocher, and associates Karol Truszkowski and Wojciech Jaskulak. Senior associate Katarzyna Berestecka and associate Damian Pawlak advised on the clearance aspects of the transaction.

Accolade's portfolio includes 62 industrial parks across eight countries, including Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic. This acquisition further strengthens their commitment to sustainable industrial infrastructure and their partnership with prominent industrial entities.

In light of the acquisition, Accolade may consider investing in real-estate properties that cater to specific industrial needs, like the 20,000 sqm facilities built for Aluprof. Accolade's strategic move to acquire such resources in sustainable industrial infrastructure, such as the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I warehouse, could potentially boost their financial growth in the business sector.
