Accolade and Conseq Acquire Sustainable Warehouse Facility from 7R for Leading Aluminum Systems Manufacturer
Accolade, in partnership with Conseq, has announced the acquisition of the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I warehouse facility. The state-of-the-art facility, spanning approximately 20,000 square meters, is fully leased to Aluprof, a leading European manufacturer of aluminum systems. The facility is certified with BREEAM Very Good for its sustainability, making it an ideal fit for Accolade's strategy of investing in sustainable industrial infrastructure across Europe.
Located in Poland, the warehouse was tailored specifically to Aluprof's operational needs, including production, warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics. The facility features modern infrastructure customized for efficiency, safety, and a contemporary working environment. Aluprof, part of the Grupa Kęty S.A. Capital Group, operates internationally across more than 50 markets with nearly 3,000 employees.
The transaction was facilitated by legal advisors on both sides. The 7R developer was advised by the SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska law firm, while Norton Rose Fulbright, a global law firm, advised Accolade and Conseq. The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz and included several associates and senior associates who also handled regulatory clearance aspects of the deal.
Aluprof is one of Europe's leading suppliers of aluminium systems for windows, doors, facades, roller shutters, and sunshades. The company employs almost 3,000 people and has production facilities in Poland and abroad.
