Altered Train Schedules for Commuters in Sverdlovsk Region Temporarily Adjusted
In August, passengers travelling on the Egorshinsky direction will experience some changes to their train timetables due to repair work. Here's a breakdown of the changes for each of the three suburban trains on the line.
Train 1 (Egorshinsky Line, Suburban Train A)
From August 1 to August 15, Train A will see some adjustments. Departure times from the main station will be shifted 15 minutes later. Additionally, some intermediate stops will be temporarily skipped between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, resulting in a delayed final arrival at the destination by approximately 20 minutes. To accommodate passengers at the skipped stations, additional shuttle buses will be provided.
Train 2 (Egorshinsky Line, Suburban Train B)
From August 10 to August 25, Train B will operate only between Egorshinsk and an intermediate station, with passengers travelling beyond the intermediate station needing to change to replacement buses. Departure times remain mostly unchanged except for a 5-minute delay in the evening train.
Train 3 (Egorshinsky Line, Suburban Train C)
From August 5 to August 20, Train C will undergo significant changes. Morning and evening trains will be canceled on weekends, while weekday service will operate with a 10-minute delay. Some stops will be temporarily served by bus replacement services during the repair.
It's important to note that the repair work targets track replacement and signal upgrades, causing speed restrictions and longer dwell times. Passengers are encouraged to check station announcements for real-time updates and to plan their journeys accordingly.
Alternative travel options include shuttle buses and other suburban trains not affected by the repair.
