Amisha Jain Takes Helm as New MD & CEO of Arvind Fashions

Arvind Fashions Limited (AFL) has welcomed Amisha Jain as its new managing director and chief executive officer. Jain took over the role on September 30, 2025, succeeding Shailesh Chaturvedi, who stepped down for personal reasons after a four-year tenure.

Jain brings a wealth of experience to her new position, having previously served as managing director and senior vice president for South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Non-EU regions at Levi Strauss & Co. She has also held senior leadership roles at Zivame, Nike India, and Arvind. Jain joined AFL on August 13, 2025, and her appointment is part of a planned succession strategy approved by the board of directors.

Under Chaturvedi's leadership, AFL successfully navigated a period of transformation and brand consolidation, positioning the company for sustainable profitability. Jain's appointment is expected to focus on strengthening operational excellence, brand identity, and digital transformation at AFL, which manages a strong portfolio of brands including U.S. Polo Assn., Arrow, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Flying Machine.

Amisha Jain's extensive leadership experience in the retail, fashion, and consumer sectors makes her well-suited to lead AFL into its next phase of growth. Her appointment is expected to drive operational excellence, enhance brand equity, and accelerate digital transformation at the company.
