Anker Technology Ltd. faces a lawsuit by PRIMONO Alliance, alleging a breach of contract and seeking compensation of millions following the termination of their premium partnership.

Berlin-Based Photovoltaic Systems Provider, PRIMONO TEC GmbH, to Sue Anker Technology Ltd.

In an unexpected turn of events, PRIMONO TEC GmbH, a renowned provider of photovoltaic systems based in Berlin, has announced its intention to file a million-dollar lawsuit against Anker Technology Ltd. The lawsuit stems from the termination of a strategic partnership, which was originally slated to last at least two years and involved sales, assembly, and installation of photovoltaic systems.

The partnership, which began in the autumn of 2024, was formally agreed upon in December of the same year with a European unit of the Anker Group. PRIMONO was presented as the central implementation partner for Anker's new home storage system "Solix X1" in Germany, with the agreement including key business terms such as exclusive lead provision, target quantities, and joint appearance in the German market.

However, despite numerous internal warnings and reminders, PRIMONO only received 20% of the guaranteed 5,000 qualified contacts for 2025. By July 2025, the company had only received 1,000 of the 5,000 qualified contacts guaranteed for the year. This significant shortfall led to PRIMONO making substantial entrepreneurial risks, staff expansions, investments, and marketing efforts, which unfortunately went unrewarded.

In July 2025, PRIMONO TEC GmbH officially terminated its contract with Anker Technology Ltd. The lawsuit, which is due to be filed with the competent regional court in the coming week, includes claims for damages that resulted from the termination of the partnership.

For precise details, including the specific claims or contractual issues, it would be necessary to review any official statements or legal filings related to this case. The press contact for PRIMONO TEC GmbH can be reached at Tauentzienstrasse 17, 10789 Berlin, by phone at +49(0)3023635000, or via email at [email protected].

The economic damage from the terminated partnership could amount to several million euros. The lawsuit news was originally transmitted through news aktuell from Primono Tec GmbH. It is worth noting that PRIMONO also entered into bank-financed operating means contracts in addition to the contract with Anker Technology Ltd.

PRIMONO was the exclusive premium partner for Anker's new home storage system "Solix X1" in Germany. The company had been showcased at product training sessions, public events, and partner meetings, further emphasising the significance of the partnership. The lawsuit is a testament to PRIMONO's commitment to upholding its business obligations and seeking justice in the face of alleged breaches or damages caused by Anker Technology Ltd.

  1. The financial implications of the terminated partnership between PRIMONO TEC GmbH and Anker Technology Ltd could potentially reach millions of euros, as PRIMONO TEC GmbH intends to file a lawsuit seeking damages.
  2. The lawsuit filed by PRIMONO TEC GmbH against Anker Technology Ltd is not only connected to the termination of their partnership, but also to the discrepancies in business terms such as exclusive lead provision, target quantities, and joint market appearance.
