AP Thailand, one of the leading property developers in Thailand, has announced an impressive expansion plan for the coming years. Under the leadership of its new President, Mr. Ratchayud Nunthachotsophol, the company aims to become Thailand's foremost property developer, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for Thai people.

The strategic plan, centred around the vision of 'Cheevit Dee Dee Tee Lueak Eng Dai,' will see AP Thailand launch a total of 42 new projects worth a combined 65 billion baht by 2025. These projects will cater to various housing needs, including single detached homes, townhomes and twin homes, condominiums, and provincial developments.

Specifically, the company plans to invest in 15 single detached home projects worth 26.5 billion baht, 18 townhome and twin home projects valued at 15 billion baht, 6 condominium projects worth 20.2 billion baht, and 3 provincial projects valued at 3.3 billion baht.

In addition to these ambitious expansion plans, AP Thailand has set sales and revenue targets for 2025. The company aims to achieve sales of 55 billion baht and total revenues, including 100% of joint venture contributions, of 52.9 billion baht.

Mr. Ratchayud's extensive experience in property development with AP Thailand, coupled with his expertise in customer care and property management, will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's offerings meet the evolving needs of its customers. Mr. Pichet Vipavasuphakorn, who has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer, will jointly oversee operations alongside existing CEO Mr. Anuphong Assavabhokhin.

AP Thailand's commitment to quality is further underscored by its AP PRINCIPLES philosophy, which ensures excellence in every aspect of living at AP Thailand. The new projects will be tagged with #APCondo, #APHome, #APTownhome, and #บ้านแฝดAP, making it easier for potential buyers to identify and explore these new developments.

With these new projects, AP Thailand will have over 200 projects available for sale across Bangkok and surrounding provinces when combined with ongoing developments. This strategic expansion is part of AP Thailand's commitment to strengthening business operations and ensuring long-term sustainability.
