Painters in Halle, you've hit the jackpot! The painters' union, IG BAU Saxony-Anhalt South, has some exciting news for you. As of April '25, every hour you've worked under the boss's watch will be accounted for at 19.10 euros - yep, that's 19.10! And if you're an apprentice in the painting and varnishing trade, here's another reason to paint a smile on your face! You'll see an extra 50 euros in your pocket starting August[1][2]. The painters' union also hints at another pay hike for apprentices next summer[1][2].
