AWS Launches Ninth Phase in Dry Heath with 71 New Building Plots
The Settlement and Housing Development Company Soltau (AWS) is set to launch the ninth construction phase in the Dry Heath residential area of Wolterdingen, Soltau. This phase will introduce 71 new building plots, marking a significant expansion of the development.
The new plots, ranging from 300 square meters to 1500 square meters, are expected to be ready for development in the next few weeks and available for construction from summer. Purchase prices will vary between 85 and 109 euros per square meter. This phase is a continuation of the successful 7th and 8th construction phases, during which 74 plots were sold.
AWS has increased the building commitment requirement to four years for this phase, up from the previous two years. Notably, no gas supply will be offered due to low demand and the promotion of air heat pumps. Prospective homeowners can also look forward to applying for plots on Tetendorfer Straße in Soltau towards the end of 2025 or early 2026, albeit with more expensive conditions than in Dry Heath.
With 150 plots already sold in Dry Heath, the ninth construction phase promises to continue the development's success. The planned kindergarten by the Hannover Workers' Welfare Association will further enhance the area's appeal, making it an attractive option for families.
