At present, specialists are deliberating on two options for the construction of the underwater multimodal tunnel - perhaps heading towards the UAE or Oman. Zalivukhin emphasizes the importance of collaborative decision-making, thorough research, and early infrastructure development. Initial estimates suggest the project will carry a price tag of around $21.5 billion.
