Canada Carbon Secures 5-Year Miller Property Exploration Extension
Canada Carbon Inc. has secured another five years of surface access for its Miller Property in Quebec. The company has signed an Amended Surface Access Agreement, effective from August 17, 2023. This pact enables Canada Carbon to conduct a comprehensive graphite prospecting and exploration program. Under the agreement, Canada Carbon can perform various activities to assess the Miller Property's graphite potential. These include topographic surveys to map the land's features, geological surveys to study its rock formations, and geophysical surveys to examine its physical properties. Additionally, the company can obtain and test geochemical or metallurgic samples, and conduct underground or surface excavations, explorations, drillings, digging, and trenching to gather more data. The agreement provides Canada Carbon with the opportunity to explore the Miller Property in depth, potentially leading to new discoveries and a better understanding of its graphite reserves. With the Amended Surface Access Agreement in place, Canada Carbon Inc. can continue its exploration efforts at the Miller Property for another five years. This extended period allows the company to thoroughly evaluate the site's graphite prospects, potentially paving the way for future development and production.
