Carlo Santarelli Joins Gaming and Leisure Properties as Senior Vice President
Carlo Santarelli has joined Gaming and Leisure Properties (GLPI) as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations, effective August 18, 2025. This appointment was announced by the company on Tuesday.
Santarelli brings over 25 years of Wall Street experience to his new role, having held senior positions in equity research and investment banking at major firms such as Deutsche Bank, Bear Stearns, JP Morgan, and Wells Fargo. He most recently served as Managing Director of Gaming & Lodging Equity Research at Deutsche Bank.
Santarelli is respected for his data-driven analysis and deep industry insights, consistently ranking highly in Institutional Investor polls as a thought leader in the gaming, lodging, and gaming REIT sectors. His extensive knowledge of the industry and network of contacts among institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and gaming industry operators are valued by GLPI.
