CEO Hirschheydt replaces Karin Dohm as the new Chief Financial Officer, who was previously serving as the CFO at Aumovio.
Aumovio, the automotive division of Continental which is slated for a public listing in September, will be without a permanent Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Originally, Karin Dohm was set to take on this role, but personal reasons have led to her decision not to assume the position. As a result, CEO Philipp von Hirschheydt will temporarily handle the CFO duties until a successor is found. The Supervisory Board has commenced the search for a new CFO.
The spin-off division, based in Frankfurt, was initially announced to go public in January of this year. Currently, there is no permanently appointed CFO for Aumovio, with the CEO shoulder-taking the CFO role in the meantime.
