Company-wide advancements announced by Sinclair
Sinclair Inc., a leading media company, has announced a series of promotions across its organisation, with a focus on the Television Group and strategic initiatives.
In the Television Group, several key promotions have taken place. Melissa Medina Yim has been promoted to Vice President (VP), Human Resources, moving up from her previous position as Assistant Vice President (AVP), Human Resources. Matthew Goldman has been promoted to VP, Strategic and Technical Initiatives, having previously served as Senior Director, Media Engineering and Architecture.
Antonia DeFeo has been promoted to Senior Vice President (SVP), Agency Solutions, having previously held the position of VP, Agency Solutions. Christopher Tabor has been promoted to AVP, Central Graphics, having previously served as Executive Director, Central Graphics. Kent Welch has been promoted to SVP, Promotions, Creative, having previously served as VP, Promotions, Creative.
Patrick Baldwin has been promoted to AVP, Distribution, moving up from Director, Distribution. Kelty Heilman has been promoted to AVP, Marketing, having previously served as Executive Director, Sales Marketing. Rafi Mamalian has been promoted to VP, Innovation Lab, having previously served as AVP, Innovation Lab. Daisy Glanker has been promoted to AVP, Marketing Operations/Drive Auto, moving up from Executive Director, Marketing/Drive Auto. Ryan Siska has been promoted to VP, Managing Director/Drive Auto, having previously served as VP, General Manager/Drive Auto.
In addition to these Television Group promotions, Sinclair Inc. has made some significant appointments at the corporate level. Narinder Sahai has been appointed as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing over two decades of capital markets and M&A experience to manage corporate financial operations. Conrad Clemson has been appointed as CEO of EdgeBeam Wireless, Sinclair’s next-generation broadcast joint venture unit. Clemson will be tasked with scaling Sinclair’s next-generation data delivery and 5G-related opportunities, leveraging his media and telecom background.
These changes reflect a strategic realignment and leadership sharpening across Sinclair’s corporate and subsidiary ventures. Chris Ripley, president and CEO of Sinclair Inc., made the announcement.
Other notable promotions include Billie-Jo McIntire, who has been promoted to VP, Corporate Finance from AVP, Investor Relations. David Monks has been promoted to VP, Research and Strategy at the Tennis Channel from Director, Research. Michael Enslen has been promoted to AVP, Traffic Operations from Executive Director, Advertising Support Operations. JW Linkenauger has been promoted to SVP, Advanced Advertising Support Operations from VP, Advanced Advertising Support Operations. Kim Savage has been promoted to VP, Sales and Marketing at Dielectric from Director, Sales and Marketing. Deidre O'Grady has been promoted to SVP, Pricing, Planning & Business Operations from VP, Planning & Operations.
The leadership under CEO David D. Smith and COO Robert Weisbord continues to emphasize growth in multicast network platforms and sports media partnerships. There has been a strategic shakeup aligning leadership roles with Sinclair’s broadening media and technology ventures.
