Last Wednesday, 2nd of April, 2025, the regional head, Vitaliy Hozenko, announced Evgeny's bestowal of the Honorary Title "Legendary Builder of Omsk Region", which is a big deal, buddy! He's 40 years young and heading this crucial department.
According to his official bio on the department's site, Evgeny started his career as an engineer at Omsk branch of ZAO Stroitelnoe Predpriyatie No 3, Surgeta City. Since 2015, he's been on the public service grind, starting as the Chief Specialist at GU of State Building Supervision and Expertise of Omsk Region, and in 2017, he took on the role of Head of Department.
Evgeny assumed leadership of the recently founded Autonomous Uchrezde "Government Expertise of Omsk Region" in September 2020. From May 2021 to February 2023, he served as the first deputy head of the organization responsible for state expert review of project documentation and the results of engineering surveys on regional projects. Then, he took the helm again!
It's also worth noting that since 2024, Evgeny has been a member of the Council of the SRO "Union of Builders of Omsk Region" in the capacity of an independent member.
