New Gründer and Gewerbehof at Freiberger Straße 112 Now Open in Dresden
The city of Dresden has welcomed a new addition to its business landscape with the completion of the Gründer and Gewerbehof at Freiberger Straße 112. This modern complex, located at Freiberger Straße 112, is one of the locations that completes Gewerbepark Freiberger Straße.
Mayor Dirk Hilbert officially inaugurated the building complex on Wednesday, marking the start of business operations for the first companies that have moved in. The construction of the new Gründer and Gewerbehof was completed in just 14 months, with an investment of approximately 6.5 million euros by the Dresden Gewerbehofgesellschaft (DHG).
The new complex spans around 16,000 square meters, offering a variety of modern office and commercial spaces. Approximately 3,250 square meters are available, with about half used for offices. The property includes a parking garage providing about 200 parking spaces, including 46 for cars in the inner courtyard with the possibility of connecting charging stations. There are also 64 bicycle parking spaces available.
The Gründer and Gewerbehof at Freiberger Straße 112 is designed to cater to startups and small to medium-sized enterprises. Its strategic location offers good transport connections, making it an attractive option for businesses.
With the addition of the new Gründer and Gewerbehof, the DHG now operates four locations: Gründer and Gewerbezentrum at Löbtauer Straße, Gründer and Gewerbehof at Großehainer Straße, the two Gewerbehöfe at Freiberger Straße, and the new Gründer and Gewerbehof at Freiberger Straße 112. The complex is located next to Gewerbehof Freiberger Straße 114, completing Gewerbepark Freiberger Straße.
The new Gründer and Gewerbehof at Freiberger Straße 112 is already gaining popularity, with over 80% of all areas in the new complex reported to be rented shortly after completion. This development is set to boost the business scene in Dresden, providing a hub for innovation and growth.
