New United Supermarkets and United Express Location Coming to Seminole, Texas in 2026

Residents of Seminole, Texas, and travelers passing through the area will soon have a modern grocery shopping experience at their fingertips, as United Supermarkets and United Express are set to open a new location in 2026.

The new development, scheduled to begin construction in late spring of 2026, will be a 49,000-square-foot ground-up store located at the southeast corner of Hobbs Highway and 21st Street. The location will replace the existing United Supermarkets site in Seminole.

With the implementation of United Express, customers can redeem rewards points on fuel for up to a $1 off per gallon.

The conjunction of a full grocery store and convenience/fuel outlet in a single development aims to meet both comprehensive grocery needs and on-the-go service demands.

United Supermarkets is a wholly owned subsidiary of Albertsons Cos. Inc., which operates 2,270 retail food and drug stores with 1,728 pharmacies, 405 associated fuel centers, 22 dedicated distribution centers, and 19 manufacturing facilities.
