Role and Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and be proficient in using computer applications such as MS Office. A completed training as a bank clerk or the willingness to complete this training is required.
