There is a poster in which there is a robot, there are animated persons who are operating the robot, there are artificial birds flying in the air, there are planets, there is ground, there are stars in the sky, there is watermark, there are numbers and texts.

London-based AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform, ContractPodAi, has secured $115 million in Series C funding. SoftBank Vision Fund 2 led the investment, with participation from Eagle Proprietary Investments (Eagle). This marks Vision Fund 2's first foray into legal technology, a rapidly growing SaaS category.

The funding will be used to accelerate platform capabilities and expand ContractPodAi's international market presence, particularly in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This is not the first time SoftBank Vision Fund 2 has invested in ContractPodAi. In September 2021, the fund notably contributed to the company's international expansion and product capability optimization. SoftBank's strategic network and investment focus in the APAC region have significantly influenced ContractPodAi's growth in these key international markets.

With $115 million in Series C funding, led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, ContractPodAi is well-positioned to enhance its platform and expand its international footprint, especially in the APAC region. This investment underscores the growing potential of AI-powered legal technology solutions.
