Cotswolds Distillery Unveils Limited Edition Wychwood Harvest Whisky
Cotswolds Distillery, the leading English whiskey producer, has unveiled a new limited edition single malt, the Cotswolds Wychwood Harvest Single Malt Whiskey. This release marks the distillery's most ambitious tribute to Port cask maturation to date, and is part of their annual Harvest Series.
The Cotswolds Wychwood Harvest Single Malt Whiskey was crafted from a rare parcel of Port and Bourbon casks laid down nearly 10 years ago. Alice Pearson, a 25-year-old female distiller, led the cask selection and played a central role in shaping the 2025 release. The whiskey is bottled at 50% ABV and priced at £100 per bottle. It is sold through the distillery and select global retailers.
The whiskey is named after the historic Wychwood Forest in Oxfordshire, and features bespoke packaging designed by local artist Andrea Bates, showcasing rural Oxfordshire landscapes. Only 1,500 bottles of this limited edition whiskey are available.
The Cotswolds Wychwood Harvest Single Malt Whiskey is a testament to the distillery's commitment to crafting exceptional whiskeys. With its unique maturation process, skilled cask selection, and striking packaging, this limited edition is set to be a highly sought-after addition to any whiskey collection.
