George Grobar, who previously held the position of President at PMC, will transition into a role advising the CEO after a 16-year tenure with the company. Grobar was instrumental in making PMC the company it is today, according to Penske. He joined PMC in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer and led several brand acquisitions, established joint venture operations in India, and integrated many of PMC's iconic brands. In 2018, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing PMC's music and entertainment brands, as well as the company's operating units and business strategy.

Perreault has expressed excitement for the opportunities ahead and his continued journey with PMC's people and brands. He believes he is well-positioned to carry forward PMC's core mission despite the challenges in today's market.
