Credit Limit Tool Surges in Krasnodar Krai, Moscow Leads in Users
Moscow tops the list with over 1.3 million users of the credit karma tool, while Murmansk Oblast has the highest population share with 18 users per hundred residents. Nationally, over 14 million Russians have set up a credit karma limit, with over 15 million applications submitted and over a million cancellations. In Krasnodar Krai, nearly half a million applications have been submitted, leading the Southern Federal District.
Krasnodar Krai's use of the credit karma tool has surged. In early September, it was in sixth place nationally with over 441 thousand applications. By early October, this number had risen to over 450 thousand. The region has about seven users per hundred residents, compared to ten in Rostov Oblast and five in Adygea. Nationally, the number of people removing previously set credit karma restrictions also increased, from 27 thousand in early September to 32 thousand by early October.
