After conducting a few experimentation sessions, I realized that infrared heat didn't induce humidity and enabled comfortable breathing during exercise, which ignited the idea for Infrared-based workouts.

The concept then evolved, incorporating the notion that technology and AI could deliver the workouts, thus creating a fully automated, state-of-the-art infrared fitness studio.

The vision is to create a brand that inspires people to move, revolutionizing the gym experience across the globe.

Infrared heat enhances blood circulation, mobility, and a myriad of other benefits, such as detoxification, skin purification, weight loss, and improved sleep [1][2]. We like to say it's all about "Twice the results. Half the time."

This combination allows members to reap the benefits of both exercise and infrared heat in a 30-minute workout, often half the time of a typical workout [3]. Shockingly, you can burn approximately 500 calories during a stretch/yoga-style class!

Peeling back the layers of gym history, you'll find that the industry was created by bodybuilders who relied on mirrors for posing. Fast-forward to the present, and you'll still find gyms, yoga studios, and Pilates studios adorned with mirrors—although they claim these are for technique-checking.

However, not everyone presents their best selves, and mirrors may instill feelings of inadequacy in those who struggle with flexibility or keeping pace with classes [4]. Our dimly lit, mirrorless studios create a safe, unfettered environment that caters to a wider range of fitness levels and goals. Additionally, the absence of physical coaches allows members to exercise at their own pace or forgo specific exercises as needed.

While there's plenty of exhilaration surrounding the growth of J.I.M, it's a team effort, and every role is essential in making it a success.

I've realized that there are different seasons that call for more focus on work and less on life, and vice versa. My advice would be to acknowledge the season you're in, prioritize your health, and make it enjoyable.
