The get-together, which went down in Bangkok during Dubai Chamber's 'New Horizons' trade mission to Southeast Asia, attracted over 470 attendees including high-ranking officials and business hotshots. The event sparked 288 biz meetings between 20 Dubai-based companies and Thai firms from sectors like food and drinks, electronics, agriculture, and investments.

Dubai-Thailand non-oil trade reached a whopping AED 23.8 billion in 2024, smashing the previous year's figure by 23.3%. As for Thai businesses in Dubai, they're packin' a punch, with 190 Thai companies registered with Dubai Chamber by the end of 2024 – a skyrocketin' 28.4% yearly increase.

The chamber's got its eyes on several high-growth export opportunities from Dubai to Thailand, such as fertilizers, cosmetic products, and aluminum alloys. Investment possibilities in Thailand include renewable energy, freight services, and medical tourism.

The Bach Bangkok office is expected to be instrumental in facilitatin' strategic business relationships and propellin' trading growth between the two economies.
