Black Box's Showcase of Flexible IP KVM Solutions
At booth 10616 in South Lower Hall, Black Box will emphasize its Emerald Unified KVM-over-IP products, designed to deliver secure, adaptable, and scalable workflows with minimal IP bandwidth usage. Visitors will be introduced to new Emerald products, including the Emerald DESKVUE PE Multi-Source, Multi-View receiver, offering precise 4K/60 video processing, and the Emerald GE Gateway, enabling multiple simultaneous user access to virtual machines. Matrox Video's booth SL4511 will showcase innovations designed to optimize live production workflows while laying the groundwork for the next generation of IP-based broadcasting. Products on display will include the Monarch EDGE, ConvertIP, Vion, Avio 2, and Matrox ORIGIN, each designed to streamline live production workflows. The Monarch EDGE, a high-performance, low-latency IP-based encoder and decoder pair, will demonstrate its low-latency SRT encode and decode capabilities, including the latest ancillary data transport features for remote production and contribution workflows. Matrox ConvertIP SDM, a low-latency 4K IP video converter that supports ST 2110 and IPMX inputs, will also be presented, while Matrox Vion, an IP video gateway supporting multi-channel encoding, decoding, and transcoding, will showcase its versatility in handling multiple streams.
QuickLink's Launch of StudioPro Variations
QuickLink will launch two new variations of its renowned QuickLink StudioPro video production platform, StudioPro-NDI and StudioPro-3, at booth SL10413. Ideal for broadcast, live events, and diverse AV scenarios, these latest models provide a range of advancements for an improved workflow. The 4K video production platform QuickLink StudioPro offers an ultra-low latency production experience without the complexity of legacy systems. To complement its existing 12G-SDI and ST 2110 models, the StudioPro product line now offers 3G-SDI and NDI models, catering to various workflows and applications. The tailor-made StudioPro models provide a solution for those seeking high-quality live video productions with an easy-to-use interface.
Tightrope's MediaScribe Caption and Translation Service
Tightrope Media Systems will present its MediaScribe media accessibility and transcription service at booth W2615, designed to make government meetings more accessible. Featuring real-time text transcriptions and translations, MediaScribe can be displayed on dedicated on-premise displays, personal mobile devices, and cable channels. The service, which currently powers in-room displays for large city and county operations across the country, will be available for pre-order at the show. MediaScribe combines a hardware interface and cloud-powered AI services to deliver a flexible, user-friendly workflow. Live meeting footage is ingested into the on-prem gateway appliance via SDI, and automatic speech recognition (ASR) is used to cost-effectively convert speech into text. MediaScribe offers three SDI outputs, enabling a variety of display, presentation, or output configurations. Closed captions can be inserted into live broadcasts by downstream systems, while other options include in-room transcriptions on dedicated screens in chambers and open captions for silent display areas. Captions can be routed through standard AV equipment or converted to HDMI for standard displays.
