In the world of automotive manufacturing, Chinese automaker Geely continues to make waves with its latest offerings.
Geely, the manufacturer behind the Englon brand, is set to display a net interpretation of the iconic London taxi under the Englon label. The new taxi, named the TXN, has already been previewed with pictures of its interior circulating online. However, the official unveiling of this interpretation of the legendary London black cab, historically associated with the Austin FX-4 model, has yet to be announced.
Meanwhile, Geely's Lynk & Co has opened pre-sales for refreshed 07 EM-P and 08 EM-P PHEV models, equipped with LiDAR technology.
The Geely Galaxy M9 PHEV, another addition to Geely's lineup, boasts an impressive maximum range of 1,505 km. This extended-range vehicle also has a length of 5.2 meters, making it a sizeable offering from the manufacturer. The starting price for the Galaxy M9 PHEV is set at 25,800 USD.
Apart from these, Geely is also gearing up for the launch of the Zeekr 9X plug-in hybrid luxury SUV, scheduled for Sep 29.
The TXN, while not the focus of the current news, is surprisingly large, further emphasising Geely's commitment to creating spacious vehicles. Though details about the TXN are scarce at the moment, it's clear that Geely continues to push the boundaries of automotive innovation.
