Key Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, assessing customer needs, and providing tailored mortgage solutions. Your role will involve advising clients on mortgage options, handling complex accounts, supporting customers through mortgage renewals, and collaborating with sales teams to balance client needs with business objectives. Additionally, you will be checking financing applications for feasibility, making independent decisions, or preparing them for decision-making.
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate should have several years of sales experience in private or asset customer consulting, ideally with a focus on private mortgages. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, analytical and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of current industry regulations and trends are essential. A background in financial management or a related field, along with further training as a specialist, is preferred.
