First Payment Made in Sale of P2X Spain Shares to Fusion Fuel
Fusion Fuel Green PLC has received the first installment of €370,100 as part of the sale of its former 50% equity stake in P2X Spain to EREE Desarrollos Empresariales, S.L. This transaction, formalized through a definitive agreement on February 7, 2025, followed the transfer of shares representing 50% of P2X Spain on December 19, 2024.
The total payment expected is €515,100, contingent on certain post-transfer conditions.
