Future plc has recently reorganised its business-to-business division, following the acquisition of ActualTech Media. This move aims to strengthen synergies with other groups, like SmartBrief, and has seen the B2B team expand with more members joining in the coming months. Notably, women make up around 52 percent of the team, reflecting the overall company's gender balance.

Amanda Seyfried, senior vice president and managing director of B2B at Future, leads the team. In a recent videoconference, all attendees were women, a stark contrast to five years ago. Carmel King, Future's vice president and global head of content for B2B, advised newcomers to embrace change, noting that 'the only constant at Future is change'. The team comprises several inspiring women in various roles, from heads of departments to directors and managers.

Future's B2B division has undergone a significant transformation, with a growing team and a notable increase in female representation. Led by Amanda Seyfried, the team embraces change and looks forward to new opportunities for growth.
