Gambling.com Expands Services with $30M Spotlight.Vegas Acquisition
Gambling.com Group has announced a significant expansion of its services with the acquisition of Spotlight.Vegas, a booking platform for Las Vegas shows and hotels. The deal, worth up to $30 million, is set to close in September 2025.
Spotlight.Vegas, which works with over 40 venues across Las Vegas, allows users to book entertainment tickets and hotel stays. In 2024, the platform generated over $30 million in ticket sales. This acquisition follows Gambling.com Group's previous notable purchases, including Freebets.com and Odds Holdings, demonstrating its strategy of growth through strategic acquisitions.
The acquisition of Spotlight.Vegas is projected to generate $8 million in revenue for Gambling.com in fiscal 2026, with at least $1.4 million in incremental adjusted EBITDA. The deal includes an upfront payment of $8 million, with up to $22 million in performance-based earnouts through 2027. Gambling.com Group forecasts full-year revenue of $171-$175 million and adjusted EBITDA of $62-$64 million for 2025, indicating the potential impact of this acquisition on its financial outlook.
The acquisition of Spotlight.Vegas by Gambling.com Group is expected to broaden the company's offerings beyond sports betting and casino content. With the deal set to close in September 2025, Gambling.com Group continues to demonstrate its commitment to strategic acquisitions as a driver for long-term growth.
