PIN-UP Speaks Out Against Baseless Sanctions in Ukraine

Global Response to Accusations in Ukraine: PIN-UP Denies Claims

In the midst of escalating allegations, PIN-UP Ukraine has hit back against claims of ties to the Russian Federation, a country responsible for invading its neighbor in 2022. The Ukranian State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) has leveled these accusations, with legal proceedings currently underway.

PIN-UP Stands Firm Against Unfounded Claims

Not one to shy away from controversy, PIN-UP Ukraine firmly stood its ground in a statement issued to the media. The company insists that these accusations are unwarranted and an unjust slander on its reputation.

The company argues that it has faced similar tactics across various jurisdictions, with a knack for navigating complex governmental issues. They assert that they anticipated the imposition of sanctions without proper legal evidence.

PIN-UP Ukraine expressed concerned that recent Ukrainian practices levying sanctions on businesses have been hasty, often lacking the required evidence to initially impose them. This high-handed approach has reportedly impacted businesses beyond the gaming sector.

"These reckless practices only serve to erode trust in Ukraine, its regulatory bodies, and the officials who engage in such underhanded tactics while simultaneously encouraging foreign investment. It's a bitter irony for a country desperate for economic stability in the face of military aggression," the company statement read.

Sanctions: Coercion by Another Name?

With confidence in its legal resources, PIN-UP Ukraine is determined to fight these allegations head-on. The company has condemned the imposition of these sanctions as a blatant attempt to damage its reputation.

PlayCity, the newly formed gambling regulator in Ukraine, has already revoked PIN-UP's license due to its alleged ties to Russia.

A parallel case involved Ukraine's targeting of Parimatch, another company accused of having ties with Russia. Despite being deeply rooted in Ukraine and operating out of Cyprus, Parimatch found itself in hot water.

In short, PIN-UP Ukraine vehemently denies the charges leveled against it and intends to challenge the sanctions through every legal means at its disposal. The company's legal team is tirelessly working to uncover the truth behind the application of Ukraine's laws towards businesses.
