Hot Water Outage Affects Multiple Districts in Habarovsk
Residents of the Kirovsky and Central Districts in Habarovsk are currently experiencing a hot water outage, following an issue in the Habarovsk TETS-2 zone. The affected areas in the Kirovsky District include Amursky Boulevard, Dzambul, Metallistov Street, Tikhaya Ocean Avenue - Istomina, and Amursky Boulevard, as well as parts of the Central District.
The Central District, in addition to the Kirovsky District, is currently without hot water due to the ongoing issue in the Habarovsk TETS-2 zone. Affected areas within the Central District include Lenin Street from Ploshchad Blyukhera to Shevchenko, Kalinin Street, Doступny Lane, Volochayevskaya, Gamarnika (odd side), and Sheronova Street.
The Gamarnika (odd side) is not only part of the Central District but is also affected by the hot water outage in the Kirovsky District. The outage has not been limited to the previously mentioned areas, but has also affected parts of the Central District, including Kalinin Street, Doступny Lane, Volochayevskaya, and Gamarnika.
The Kirovsky District in Habarovsk is currently undergoing an autumn test with a hot water outage. The Industrial District in Habarovsk, which includes Kalinin Street, Doступny Lane, Volochayevskaya, and Gamarnika, is also affected.
The Habarovsk Thermal Networks AO "DGK" has rescheduled hydraulic tests for the pipelines in the Habarovsk TETS-2 zone. The exact rescheduling period for the hydraulic tests of the density and strength of the pipes is from August 20, 2025, to August 25, 2025.
IA "Khabarovsk Krai Today" reported the rescheduling of these hydraulic tests. The cause of the hot water outage and the expected duration of the issue remain unknown at this time.
Residents are advised to conserve water and use alternative heating methods until the issue is resolved. Updates on the hot water outage will be provided as more information becomes available.
