Recent weeks have seen some exciting changes at Wall Street's top firms. While details about Caxton and T. Rowe Price are remaining under the radar, Point72 has caught our attention with a couple of fresh hires. Here's the scoop!
Point72: Expanding AI and ML Capabilities
In March 2025, Point72 took a bold step forward by appointing Kendall Jager, a former executive from another firm, to their roster. The move is part of their ambitious plans to beef up their AI and Machine Learning capabilities, as they continue to keep pace with the evolving fintech landscape.1
To continue seeing their trading operations thrive, Point72 Asset Management recently named Dan Lota as their new Head of U.S. Trading. Lota joins the team after a six-month-long search process, ensuring they've found the right person for the job.2
