Indonesian company Trilexica bolsters its corporate department with a new recruit from WCA.
In a significant move, Jakarta-based law firm Trilexica has strengthened its corporate practice group by welcoming Girindra Henriyono as a new partner. Henriyono, who brings nearly 15 years of experience in the legal service industry, joins Trilexica following his departure from Witara Cakra Advocates (WCA), where he previously worked.
Trilexica was established in 2023 as a result of the merger between law firms Trifida at Law and Legalexica. Since then, the firm has been making strategic moves to expand its corporate offering. The addition of Henriyono, a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and a proven track record in navigating both local and cross-border matters, is a testament to this growth.
Henriyono's expertise lies in capital markets and corporate transactions. He has advised on various Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), private placements, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, rights issues, and international high-yield bond offerings. His client portfolio includes leading local and multinational companies, private equity firms, financial institutions, and banks.

Before joining Trilexica, Henriyono spent four years at WCA, where he was previously associated. Prior to that, he worked at several other reputable law firms, including Assegaf Hamzah & Partners, Melli Darsa & Co, and HHR Lawyers.
As of now, Trilexica boasts a team of 22 fee-earners, including eight partners. With the addition of Henriyono, the firm is poised to take on new challenges and continue its growth trajectory.
