A 41-year-old German man has been arrested and charged following an alleged break-in and theft in Elberfeld. The incident took place on a rooftop terrace of a residential building on Tannenbergstraße, where the suspect is said to have forced his way into an apartment.

According to reports, the suspect allegedly stole several items, which were later discovered near the scaffolding on the same street. A backpack filled with stolen goods was found in the vicinity, believed to belong to the suspect.
