Innovators Facade Wins ₹87 Crore Four Seasons Hotel Deal
Innovators Facade Systems Limited has secured a significant ₹87 crore order from Provenance Land for facade works at the upcoming Four Seasons Hotel in Worli, Mumbai. This latest win underscores the company's expertise and strong market position.
The company's financials reflect a robust performance. Over the last three years, revenue and net profit have grown at a CAGR of 35.42 percent and 100 percent, respectively. Despite a 6.96 percent decrease in revenue from Rs. 115 crore in H2 FY24 to Rs. 107 crore in H2 FY25, the company's order book remains strong. Net profit also saw a 20 percent dip to Rs. 8 crore in H2 FY25 from Rs. 10 crore in H2 FY24. However, the company's return on capital employed (ROCE) and return on equity (ROE) stand at 15 percent and 10.4 percent, respectively, with an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 8.49 and a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.38x, indicating solid financial health.
Innovators Facade Systems Limited specializes in unitized structural glazing, curtain walls, glass facades, aluminum composite panels, and fenestration solutions. With over 280 projects executed, including 13 airport projects, the company ranks among the top-five players in India's facade industry. Ace investor Vijay Kishanlal Kedia holds a 10.7 percent stake in the company, valued at Rs. 41.3 crores.
The latest order from Provenance Land further bolsters Innovators Facade Systems Limited's order book. The project involves the design, supply, and installation of facade systems and is expected to be completed in 17 months. Despite recent fluctuations in revenue and net profit, the company's strong financial fundamentals and market position suggest a promising future.
