J&J Gaming Expands Nationwide with Leisure Acquisition
J&J Gaming has expanded its reach with the acquisition of Leisure Gaming, set to add over 1,000 gaming terminals nationwide. The deal, finalised on December 16, 2024, strengthens J&J's position in the growing online games industry.
The acquisition includes ten nonrestricted casinos, primarily truck stops, boosting J&J Gaming's presence across the country. This move also strengthens J&J's operations in Nevada and Montana.
Robert Willenborg, J&J Gaming's CEO, praised Leisure Gaming's heritage and the expected value from the strategic combination. Ryan Albright, Leisure Gaming's VP of operations, expressed excitement about the partnership with Golden Route Operations, a subsidiary of J&J Gaming that completed the takeover.
With this acquisition, J&J Gaming will now have more than 11,000 poki games terminals across the country. This expansion better positions the company to serve its local and national customers in the growing games industry, powering gaming services for 3,600 venues nationwide.
