Law firm FisherBroyles enhances its capabilities with the addition of two trusts and estates lawyers based in Naples.

Trusts and estates attorneys Lisa Lipman and Geena Kandel have joined FisherBroyles, LLP, a leading distributed law firm ranked in The Am Law 200. Based in Naples, they will bolster the firm's private client services team and contribute to its reputation in trusts and estates practice.

Joining as a partner, Lisa Lipman brings nearly two decades of experience in advising high-net-worth individuals, families, corporations, and charitable organizations on estate and tax planning. Previously, she spent over 12 years as a partner at Roetzel & Andress and nearly five years at GrayRobinson, P.A.

Lipman's practice encompasses estate and tax planning, Florida domicile planning, family wealth transfers, and estate and trust administration. She has drafted wills, powers of attorney, revocable and irrevocable trusts, among other documents, and handles complex trust administration and probate matters. Lipman's contributions to the Collier County Women's Bar Association have been recognized, earning her the title of the association's Woman Lawyer of the Year in 2024.

Attorney Geena Kandel focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, Florida domicile planning, and family wealth transfers. Known for her personalized approach, she has worked with high-net-worth clients, fiduciaries, and charitable organizations. Her practice consists of drafting wills, trusts, and ancillary documents, as well as managing complicated trust administration and probate matters.

Recognized for her work, Kandel has been named as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Trusts and Estates and Litigation – Trusts and Estates. She also serves on the boards of the Estate Planning Council of Naples, the Collier County Bar Foundation, and the Collier County Bar Association Young Lawyer Section, among other roles.
