Leader Modernizes Worldwide Executive Roles in Anticipation of 30th Anniversary

Boom! Mother's Gone Global: A Fresh Lineup of Leaders

Mother, the celebrated advertising agency, is shaking things up as it approaches its 30th anniversary, announcing a fresh global leadership team. Here's a lowdown on the new faces driving the agency's future vision.

The newbies include Felix Richter, appointed as the global chief creative officer, who's not new to Mother London. Richter, the man behind Mother's award-winning campaigns for brands like Uber, KFC, and IKEA, steps into a role that sees him oversee creative output globally. He'll be chatting with the Chief Creative Officers across Mother’s offices in Berlim, LA, NYC, and Shanghai while still helming the creative work at Mother London.

Teri Miller, who recently joined Mother from 72andSunny, takes the reins as the US CEO and global chief client officer. With a stellar track record of securing major clients like Electronic Arts, General Motors, BlackRock, and General Mills, Miller will play a pivotal role in steering Mother's expansion in North America. Following the departure of Peter Ravailhe, Miller's current responsibilities expand to include overseeing U.S. operations, including the New York and Los Angeles offices.

Katie Mackay-Sinclair, who's been with Mother for almost two decades, steps into the role of global chief brand officer. Mackay-Sinclair, previously a partner at Mother London, spearheads the shaping of Mother’s brand direction on a global scale.

Chris Gallery, also a long-time strategist at Mother London, dons the hat of global chief strategy officer. Along with Mackay-Sinclair, Gallery focuses on global strategy development, a role that'll see him continue his previous duties while driving the agency's strategic vision globally.

This quartet will work closely with global CEO Michael Wall and Mother's founder, Robert Saville, as they lead Mother's creative and strategic direction across offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, and Shanghai. The new structure aims to facilitate increased global collaboration, fostering a more integrated approach to creative and business efforts worldwide.

It's exciting times at Mother as these new leaders pave the way for continued growth and global integration. With fresh ideas, extensive expertise, and a shared drive to break boundaries, the future of this game-changing agency is set to sizzle!
