Logistics company Lazer Logistics broadens its reach through acquisitions in Chicago and Dallas-Fort Worth.
In a strategic move to bolster its operations in the dynamic logistics markets of Chicago and Dallas-Fort Worth, Lazer Logistics has announced the acquisition of three companies: NetCorp Trailers, EJR Logistics, and Stein & Sons Cartage Contractors.
The three companies, previously based in Chicago and Dallas-Fort Worth, specialize in trailer leasing, yard spotting, and short-haul shuttling services. Collectively, they serve over 20 customers and have been operating reliably since 2004.
With this acquisition, Lazer Logistics' fleet now includes over 11,000 units of yard spotting and shuttling equipment, and the company manages operations across over 700 locations in the U.S. and Canada. This marks Lazer's 13th acquisition, a testament to its growth and commitment to expanding its services.
