Major Residential Development 'Wohnpark Am Fallbach' to Transform Neuberg Site

A significant residential development is set to revitalize a currently underutilised 3.7-hectare site on Im Unterfeld street in Neuberg. The project, named 'Wohnpark Am Fallbach', is a collaboration between Neuberg Immobilien Nord, ISB Projekt GmbH from Bad Hersfeld, and Berlin-based Saxovent. It aims to create a residential park with around 250 units, including multi-family houses, an underground garage, and a kindergarten.

The project will be implemented in four phases, with the first phase set to begin promptly after the approval of the building plan. This initial phase will see the construction of three residential buildings with approximately 50 owner-occupied apartments, along with an underground garage and a kindergarten. Saxovent, previously known for its work in wind and solar energy, is involved in the project with a 50% stake, led by its managing director, Carsten Paatsch.

The marketing of the apartments is planned to commence after the completion of the shell construction. In the fourth and final phase, the existing furniture store on the site will be demolished to make way for further development.

Upon approval, ISB Projekt GmbH is obligated to commence the first construction phase within six months. The 'Wohnpark Am Fallbach' project is expected to significantly enhance the southern edge of Ravolzhausen in Neuberg, providing much-needed housing and amenities to the local community.
