New Rewe Supermarket Coming to Mainz-Kastel in December
A new Rewe supermarket is set to open in Mainz-Kastel on December 6th, operated by Ilona and Stefan Wittmann. The store is part of the upcoming 'Helling-Höfe' neighborhood shopping center and residential area by the Rhine. The new Rewe news will span 1,000 square meters and offer a variety of products. Shoppers can expect a fresh meat counter, a large fruit and vegetable section, and a range of bio and regional products. To cater to modern convenience, a click-and-collect service is planned. The Wittmanns are currently hiring part-time staff for the new supermarket. They are looking to fill positions of 15 to 30 hours per week, particularly at the service counter. The shopping center, with a total of 3,000 square meters of retail space, will also house a drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, hairdresser, kiosk, laundromat, and a restaurant/cafe. The new Rewe news in Mainz-Kastel is set to open in December 2025, bringing a range of shopping and service options to the area. The Wittmanns are actively seeking part-time employees to join their team and help serve the community.
