Non-profit organizations and programs within Delaware County may submit applications for grants offered by the Greater Delaware County Community Foundation.

The Greater Delaware County Community Foundation (GDCCF) has recently highlighted local savings in their news article, as they prepare to award the McGee Barr and Harlo Coon grants early next year.

These grants, generously donated by McGee Barr and Harlo Coon, are not given to individuals but to established programmes. Non-profits in Delaware County are encouraged to apply for the McGee Barr grants, which are specifically awarded to organisations that help the less fortunate within the county. On the other hand, the Harlo Coon grants are given to programmes that aim to improve the lives of Delaware County seniors.

The deadline to apply for both grants is fast approaching, with organisations required to submit their applications by October 31st. Applications can be found on the GDCCF webpage. Organisations eligible for the grants in 2022 are non-profit organisations that provide help and services within Delaware County.

So, if your non-profit organisation is making a difference in the lives of Delaware County residents, whether it be helping the less fortunate or improving the lives of seniors, we encourage you to apply for these grants. The application process is straightforward and can be found on the GDCCF webpage. Don't miss out on this opportunity to further your organisation's impact in the community.
