The bank is committed to diversity and has 270,000 customers and over 800 employees. It is hiring for 25 more progressive positions, with a new cohort starting on February 1, 2026.

Applicants should be trained in a commercial field and have experience in customer service. They should also be performance- and learning-oriented. Successful candidates will advise customers on a wide range of topics, including service & liquidity, building society, consumer loans, and insurance. The bank offers a two-year career changer program to prepare candidates for the role and develop them into a qualified Sparkasse commercial apprentice.
