This alarming revelation came to light during the launch of the Fisheries Management Information transparency assessment, an initiative of the Fisheries Transparency Initiative (FiTI) and Centre for Maritime Law and Security (CEMLAWS) Africa, backed by Bloomberg Philanthropies.
