Orget Village to Experience Power Outages for Major Grid Upgrade
Residents of Orget village, Verkhneviluysky District, can expect power supply interruptions due to a major overhaul of the 0.4 kV air line. The repair work, aimed at enhancing reliability and preparing for peak loads, will be carried out by energy workers of Yakutskenergo's Western Electric Networks.
The overhaul will involve replacing 5 kilometers of ACS wire with self-supporting insulated wire. This work will take place on October 6 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and daily from October 7 to 10 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Valentin Dmitriev, chief engineer of the Verkhneviluysky District, assures that these events will improve the quality and continuity of power supply to the village's consumers.
During the overhaul, the personnel of the Verkhneviluysky RSE will also install SIP wire in spans of 100 poles and replace 40 units of input cable in residential buildings. Residents can familiarize themselves with the schedule of planned repair work on the website of Yakutskenergo and in the official Telegram channel t.me/Yakutskenergo. Power outages will occur in local sections depending on the feeder to which the specific residential buildings are connected.
The repair work is expected to increase the reliability of the power supply to the village's consumers.
