With a grand total of 34 plots now in control, DOM.RF is pioneering a housing surge across Russia. These plots, added to their holdings, account for a vast 31.2 hectares. These plots have been distributed in six key regions: Krasnodar, Vladimir, Lipetsk, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Udmurtia, Samara, and regions in Primorsky, Khabarovsk, plus a couple in Khakassia and Buryatia.

You heard it right, DOM.RF's Managing Director, Anatoly Azizov, confirms that "by 2030, we're targeting 100 million sq.m of fresh housing!" These plots will enable the implementation of significant housing projects and aid in the corporation's mission to renovate existing properties as part of the KRT projects.

In the latest meeting of DOM.RF's panel, they transferred 14 plots spanning 4 hectares in Vologda, Ivanovo, Kaliningrad, Moscow, Yaroslavl, and Krasnodar. Furthermore, two plots in Khakassia and Buryatia were also circulated for KRT projects, presenting an impressive residential potential of about 110,000 sq.m.

Here's a brief rundown on the current standing and future blueprints of DOM.RF's housing projects:

Housing Nation: Towering Ahead- Market Trends: The housing market's undergoing some rough turbulence due to decreasing mortgage subsidies, with fewer new builds sprouting in key areas like Moscow and St. Petersburg [1].- Partnerships for Progress: DOM.RF is teaming up with the Russian government to tweak legislation, positioning itself as the hub of housing initiatives [2]. Apart from that, DOM.RF is extending a hand to Uzbekistan, planning to implement an escrow account system for housing construction from July 1, 2025 [3].

The Future is Bright- Legislative Overhauls: The Russian government and DOM.RF have their eyes set on law changes to take their housing projects to another level [2].- Banking on an Islamic Front: They're considering partnerships with Islamic banking and sukuk, providing fresh financing streams for housing endeavors [5].- Regional Focus: Their aim is to bring housing opportunities to the forefront in areas with growth potential, although detailed plot transfer and residential figures are yet to be revealed [2].

Stay tuned as we zoom in on the regional housing situations: Moscow-St. Petersburg, Kazan, and other regional hotspots.
