Gear up for Omsk's grand celebration marking the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War! The city's preparations have already kicked off. On April 1, 2025, a tender for services related to the construction of a grand stage on Sobornaya Square was posted on the official government procurement portal[1].
The budget for this spectacular event is set to max out at around 16.6 million rubles, which includes expenses for multi-tiered stages, video and lighting equipment, musical instruments, special effects like smoke generators, and even pyrotechnics[1][2]. Expect stunning visuals, continuous lighting, and a studio recording of the concert numbers[1][2].
In addition to the stage setup, there's a 4.5 million ruble budget for decorations in Omsk[5]. The concert will feature iconic symbols like a decorative steam engine, 7 artificial lanterns, a backdrop dubbed "Star," and numerous other elements yet to be unveiled[5].
The contractor is also tasked with installing 52 biotowels, 4 of which will be in the artistic zone, 8 near the stage, setting up 14 tents, a three-tiered tribune with 18 seats, various barriers (fences, concrete blocks, turnstiles), and arranging approximately 425 chairs[1].
Under the scope of "special services," the contract includes creating a video sequence, lighting design, and studio recording of the concert numbers[1].
